I have specialised in process improvement and I have delivered projects to a number of global clients from metals, pharmaceuticals and automotive.

The project scope was to develop a standard solution that was implemented across the group covering all plants and products. I led the design of new processes and systems to support the CKD operations of a large automotive OEM. I developed a new approach covering the processes of passenger car delivery throughout Europe. This gained recognition in the industry which resulted in me being a judge for the Automotive News Logistics Awards in 2001-2003.
