I have been a management consultant for in excess of twenty years, conducting assignments in Europe, USA and Asia  My main specialision is manufacturing, business and process improvement as well as strategic management consultancy in a wide range of organisations and industries.

 





I worked for a number of years in the Cap Gemini Global Automotive Centre of Excellence  responsible for manufacturing and supply chain solutions    .

  I have operated as an independent consultant since  January 2003

  I have developed a pragmatic reputation for implementing lean and agile business transformation projects from the awareness stage to hands on support at the business level.

Key Achievements

I was part of the UK Governments three day car research project supporting manufacturing and supply chain

I worked with a client to develop their SAP Automotive Centre of Excellence this included writing a 20 min film covering the automotive supply chain.

I conducted a 20 min live interview on the Sky Automotive Channel reviewing the future direction of the automotive industry in terms of increasing profitability, and moving to a business model that increases the percentage of vehicles built directly to customer order.

I have had a number of papers published covering supply chain issues as well as developing dynamic strategies in both the automotive and supply chain industries.
